Orders over $35 ship FREE! Remember to put ALL items in your cart before checking out.


DOUBLE CHECK your shipping address. We ship to the address you provide according to our Shipping Policy. IF THE ADDRESS YOU PROVIDE AT CHECKOUT IS INCOMPLETE, INACCURATE, OR OUT OF DATE, AND WE SHIP TO IT; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT PACKAGE.

Currency, Customs, and Duties Notice:

All prices are in US dollars. If your shipping address is outside of the U.S., you may have to pay customs fees or duties on your order. 
We ship daily from our workshop in Plantation, Florida excluding weekends and holidays.

Returns & Refunds

 

Our 100% Guarantee: You must be completely happy with any purchase or you may return it to us within 30 days for a complete refund of the purchase price or exchange. Shipping charges are NOT refundable. Returns to be mailed back undamaged in a crush proof box with your name and sale date or your transaction number so I may locate your order.  Custom work can be returned for exchange only. ANY SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

14K GOLD ORDERS OVER $100 ARE SUBJECT TO A 10% RESTOCKING FEE IF RETURNED. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING. CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.

 

Privacy Policy

 

I do NOT share any information with anybody. All your order, payment and shipping information is stored on ETSY secured servers. We have no actual payment processing data, as that is handled solely by ETSY Direct Pay.

To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order of jewelry, for example), if you contact me directly. I prefer using "ETSY Conversations" on ETSY secure servers.

I maintain NO mailing, email, or advertising lists.
If I need to submit an insurance claim for missing mail, only then would any information be shared in filing a claim, however you would be notified first. This rarely happens, not even once a year, as fortunately mail is extremely reliable.

I've never been asked by any government or legal authorities to provide any information on a customer. If legally ordered to do so, I would comply.

I keep ETSY emailed sales notifications archived on my computer backup file for three years as required by the US Internal Revenue Service and then delete them, but have never shared any of those ETSY emailed sales notifications, and do not do so.

My Privacy policy is simple: Do Not Share customer data! There is no reason to do so.
